Avaya Contact Center Select 7.1.2.2 Ignotiation wizard configuration failed to complete

Hi ...

I have completed installing ACCS 7.1.2.2, but when I start IW, the configuration fails to complete, as shown on the attached shared screen. I have also attached the log files as I don't know where the error occurred.
Note that the deployment is on Hyper-V.

Hi ...

Is a Live IPO Mandatory to complete this process, because this is an upgrade from IPOCC to ACCS and there is a live call center working now,
I have postponed the upgrade and programming on the exchange until this call center is completed. Because I see that even if this process is a failure, the rest of the components are complete

- ice admin user
- issuer
-sample agent list

All is created

when opening the dashboard. all components have green marks except IW, which failed

However, it failed when I tried to open the CCMA page with the default username and password.

Here is where IW is Stuck
