Hi all,

How to enable simultaneous ringing in avaya attendant console. I have two One-X Attendant consoles installed and the client need all the consoles to be ringing when a call comes.

not to familiar with one x attendant consoles, but you could try creating a virtual extn and use immidiate coverage to a path then in turn a coverage answer group with the one x attendants , members of the answer group.
