Hello,

Is Avaya Communicator 2.1.3.0 compatible with Windows 11 ?

"Windows 7 computer, Windows 8 computer, Windows 10 computer, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012, or Windows Server 2016"

What version of IP Office?

Avaya Communicator is so old (and discontinued) that it's not even on the support site anymore. Depending on the IPO version I'd look at Workplace if you can which runs fine on Windows 11.
