Since everyone in our area wanted immediate solutions for remote workers, all though we did warn them a month prior, we used the existing VPN with AVAYA Communicator. I have AVAYA Communicator working with Soft Console but I can only have one call come in at a time. One work around is to have a sequential hunt group with the operator as the only member. The callers would queue until the operator can get to their call. After reading past posts it seems that Soft Console would stop the AVAYA Communicator app from receiving a second call. Has anyone figured out a way to make this happen? AVAYA IP Office R11.0.4 . Thank you in advance.
