Hello Friends,
I am dealing with a customer some agents working remotely using a VPN connection to a Fortigate that is managed by another IT company. The VPN is established and I am able to connect to the IP Office. All the signaling is working, I can make calls, receive calls but with no audio, he has IPO Server Edition R 11.1.2.4.0, using the Avaya Communicator app as a softphone.
Note: I noticed that in the system status all agents that working remotely from home login with the ip of firewall. Is that right?
