One-x server 9.1.8 : 192.168.0.5
VMpro 9.1.0 : 192.168.0.11
Communicator 2.0.3.33

Client has many users on Communicator. There was a power outage and now there is an error with communicator "Presence is not available. To enable presence, please set transport type to TLS in Settings"

Users can still make and receive calls using communicator but cannot access presence.

Communicator uses the following settings:
server : 192.168.0.10
port : 5060
transport type : tcp
domain : 192.168.0.10
presence server 192.168.0.10

I must admit, I don't have a great deal of experience with communicator on a PC. Am i missing something here?

Thanks

Mike

LOL. Sorry, I should have mentioned that I did try switching to TLS. Was not able to communinicate over TLS

Thanks

Probably a certificate issue or TLS is disabled at the IPO side.

TLS is turned on on LAN1.
What would be the path to resolve a cert issue?

The Communicator computer has to trust the IP Office and OneX Portal certificates.
