IP Office 500v2 9.1.6.0 Build 153
I have a customer using Avaya Communicator 2.0.3.33 /One-X Portal 9.1.6.0 with a Plantronics USB Headset. When they retrieve a call from a Park slot, the microphone on the headset is always muted. This is frustrating for the user because they sometimes forget to unmute before saying "Hello". The end result can be very unprofessional.
This is happening with several users in the same office, so it is unlikely a PC issue. Has anyone else come across this or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?
