Has anyone noticed on the Communicator call history on IP Office if someone calls you more than once there is no way to tell what time the first call arrived at your phone.
All it dose is show the time of the most recent call with the number 2 if it was 2 calls.
My customer needs to know the time of the first call. Is there a solution setting to change this and or should I try the Old softphone however the system is 9.1
An ideas?
