Avaya communicator not making recieving calls

Hi all,

I have an issue where the avaya communicator version 2.4.0, stopped receiving calls suddenly.
It can make calls and it is registered to the pbx.
Funny thing is I have more installed on the same network and same version and they are working without issues.
I checked in the login and saw the message "Presence server not available.
When looking around I read that this is a bug and I need to install version 2.4.0 build 303 or up.
I cannot find this anywhere on avaya website since it is old.

Is there a way to get this to work normal again, already tried reinstalling.

Try turning off windows firewall or antivirus.
