Avaya Communicator not alerting Voicemails 2

Hello All,

I am having issues with Avaya Communicator not displaying voicemails. I am running an IP500v2 in 9.1.1.0 with an Application Server running VoicemailPro. When leaving a voicemail for a client running Avaya Communicator the indicator does not alert on the window. If I switch to a 9600 series phone the indicator illuminates showing a voicemail, I also recieve the voicemail in an email.

In the Monitor feed snippet below I can see that the system sends an message to the phone saying their is a Voicemail waiting but I get no alerts on the Communicator client.

When I press the Voicemail button in Communicator it calls the main voicemail and prompts me to type in an extension followed by the pound sign and then my password. I am guessing this should just directly go to my voicemail and that is the reason I am having this issue. I can't find any configuration in the settings related to voicemail. In the documentation is merely says to set a shortcode for the user to dial *17 to collect their voicemail.
 
Use the extension number instead of username.
It is stupid but that is how it is.

Thanks for the help, I've been beating my head against the wall for the better part of the day trying to figure that one out. There definetly isn't anything in the Doc's about that, I've read them 6 ways till sunday.

Any chance I could get FTP access to your brain to download all of your knowledge? [bigglasses]
