We are running IPO 9.1 patch 10. We have a few users working remote using Avaya Communicator 2.0.3.55. The rest of our users are in the office using 9641g IP phones. Whenever our Communicator users call each other, most of the time there is no audio. Very rarely the call will be successful and they can hear each other and have a conversation. When our Communicator users call an extension that goes to a desk phone, most of the time, the call goes straight to the destination voicemail. If they call back immediately, the call typically rings and the users can then connect. Not sure if there is a setting that I am overlooking somewhere.
