Hi,
I have a Server Edition in one location and some Avaya Communicator in another. Both sides are connected and working in the same LAN but both have firewalls in between.
I need to open the ports used for RTP messages in the Firewalls, but the ports used to communicate between 2 users in each side are not the one selected in System /LAN1/VOIP, I assume because it takes a direct path between both user without pass through the system (because if the call is between an Avaya Communicator in one side and a digital phone in the other the ports range used are the ones selected in System /LAN1/VOIP).
In this case I don't know how to force to pass the RTP traffic through the Server Edition instead being directed.
My Avaya Communicator users (Power Users) has no H323 extension so I can't use the Direct media path in the extension screen.
The RTP port range used under these circunstances are 5XXX, but I don't know exactly the range.
Any help will be appreciated.
