HI Guys, is anyone experience this issue of Avaya Communicator for web?

Failed to authenticate with error license information cannot be validated. Users trying to open the Avaya communicator for web integrated in Sales Force.

To add, I can see an error message from user settings this: the number of users configured as web collaboration exceed the number of licenses.

Check your licenses and check how many users are assigned to use web collaboration.
