Avaya communicator for web ( ESNA) - Question

Hi,
I'm using ipo server 9.1 with communicator for web.

I have the communicator for web working as a "phone manager" but when i set it to work as a softphone it can't regsiter.

I have the presence and directory sync.

Which port do we have to open to use the communicator for web from outside as softphone? ( SIP ?)

I know that the certificate is not set yet, is it mandatory to have it working ?
