Avaya communicator 5 second delay

Have a customer on V10 using a lot of softphones ( Avaya communicator) they are now reporting any calls to or from softphones have a 5 second delay before speech connects, other IP phones SIP trunks are all ok. Anyone any ideas?

try installing the root cert from the IPO onto the local machines Trusted Root store.
