Hello Everyone,
I am just new to Avaya and we have recently setup Avaya complete solution. Unfortunately the vendor is so busy and can't provide prompt support. I've an issue with a user, when a call to or from outside initiates there's no sound for both parties whereas internally it works fine. Last time 2 months before the same issue came with the same user and Avaya assist to delete and create a dummy station and then create live.
This problem has happened again with the same user. Find below the bad call log.
11:10:58 ring station 100 cid 0x97f
11:10:58 G711MU ssff ps:20
11:11:05 active station 100 cid 0x97f
11:11:05 Connected party uses public-unknown-numbering
11:11:05 G711MU ssff ps:20
