Hello,

Need quick help on Avaya cms supervisor, we recently added cms, when I go to user permissions. I don’t see Feature Access under operations, to add it what are the steps ? Or for a Cms user I’d how can I change the update feature access? Is there a way to do it via putty

Is the login you're using an administrator login when you're trying to setup user features?

Are you logging in as cms user? That user should be an admin and have permissions to assign features.

Hello, thank you for reply! Yes I’m logged in as an administrator and created profiles for users, but I’m unable to set their feature access because I don’t see feature access under user permissions

Have you tried logging in as the cms user using an SSH session? I haven't run CMS in an ssh session for awhile. I know that there have been issues using the function keys in PuTTy and know that there is a version of PuTTy out there is TuTTy that helps with that.

The cms user cannot have Feature Access removed from it's profile so it should be there. Then check the administrator login that you're using and see if it has access to the Feature Access menu under User Permissions.
