Avaya CMS Supervisor Remove Access to Tools

Is there a way to remove access to Tools in CMS Supervisor for a login? We only want this user to access Reports and pretty much nothing else. Don't want them to touch Advanced.

I dont think you can remove that option. At least I know no way of doing it. Not sure why end users having access to that matters.
