Avaya CMS supervisor and terminal services

We are attempting to run Avaya CMS through a terminal server. Currently we are using release 12. The software seems to run ok with various minor difficulties which include users being randomly locked out of the system or exception reports running incorrectly or not at all. Are there any issues with running this software over terminal services and if so are there any configuration tips or hints to get it to run correctly? Is anyone else running CMS this way and have you gotten it to run correctly? Would upgrading to the next release solve these issues? Any information would be appreciated.

We run Avaya CentreVu Supervisor through a Citrix Terminal Server at many of our locations with no problems. You may want to check the Avaya Support website to make sure that you are running the most current release of V12 CVS. You should not have to upgrade the CMS to V13. CentreVu Supervisor V13 is backwards compatible with V12 CMS. You could try that as an option.
