Hello Friends :)

I am trying to find a report that will pull a list of all AVAYA ID and Agent names in an agent group regardless of if they have logged in or not. Any suggestions on how I can do this? Thank you in advance for your help :)

It occurred to me that basically I want to do an export of login IDs from a Group in the AVAYA dictionary.

Goto the menu: Commands | Dictionary

Then click on the Reports tab.

Select Agent Group Members.

Choose the group you want to get the members of and click OK.

No, no, you're not a dumb, dumb.

There are so many areas of all Avaya products, no one can know every aspect of every application and device.

Not knowing is simply because you didn't, well..... know.

More importantly, you knew where to find an answer.

A latin quote reads:

"Scire ubi aliquid invenire possis, ea demum maxima pars eruditionis est"
"To know where to find anything is, after all, the greatest part of education"

And my favorite quote about knowledge....(oh man is he really going to say it?)

"Knowing is half the battle" - GI Joe [rofl]
