Avaya CMS Report based on isplit table (total calls for today with summary)

hi, hoping someone might be able to help me please. I have created a table which shows multiple skills for today since we opened, and each skill is on a separate row. The skills show Offered / handled / service level / oldest call waiting, amongst other useful data, like agents available.
However I want to summarise this data, so if 10 skills are showing in the table, which a row for each....I would like to add up all the rows and show total offered / handled / service level / customers waiting / oldest call waiting. So a bit like a wallboard - is this possible?

Not sure if this is relevant: https://www.tek-tips.com/threads/cms-custom-integrated-report-skill-summary.1228959/

About your question, do you have ODBC access to CMS?

ODBC will get you historical data and allow you to summarize as needed. (see the attached .jpg) to check your system.

If, the link above is not relevant and you don't have ODBC, then I'll try to set you up with a report as shown here: https://www.tek-tips.com/threads/avaya-cms-r20-sla-report.1830440/#post-7576479
