Hello,

Actuallly, I am working with Avaya Communication Manager ver. 6.

I'd like gaining the official Avaya certification for communication manager. Could anybody please specify what would be the most suitable certification for administration and support?.

Anybody has information with the courses, training, labs, links, books suitables for preparing the exam?.

Lastly, I would like having the exam code.
