Avaya CM with Zetron Radio Controller

Thanks for your response. It is Zetron Model 459. Users will dial a 4 digit "extension" number that will actually go to "security" people that carry 2-way radios for emergencies. If they aren't able to answer they then want the call to remote call cover to the police department. Supposedly this is e&m signalling which tells me it is a tie trunk since it is using a TN760. A little bewildered on how to get this to work though.
