I have a situation with a company that requires your standard QA announcement before every call, including DIDs. This is a bit tricky to me... The only scenario's I can think of are routing it to vectors but say I call in on 123-456-7890, route to vdn XXXX->vector XX, play the announcement, how would I capture the original digits?
My next thought was to use some sort of COR/Station feature -- but all I could come up with is VDN origin of announcement...
This is going to be a 6.2 eas switch...
