How do you make it so that outcalling from a mailbox will only alert the users 1 time only, currently when you leave a message it will outcall ok but if you do not listen to message it continues to outcall every 15 minutes, any help is greatly appreciated.

what voicemail system do you use? You may be able to check system-parameters outcalling for a table.
 
Just looked at the outcalling options for CMM. The only thing I saw that may help would be to set the interval between attempts parameter at a longer time period than the default of 15 minutes.

Cust just tested this and says still calling out every 15 minutes, what am I missing here?
