Hello! I have a request from a customer that sounds a little bit wird for me - He wants that a call(internal or external) that is coming in the PBX, to be forwarded simultaneously to two external numbers (mobile phones). The PBX number where the call is arriving doesn't have a phisical station allocated. Could this be accomplisehed? Many thanks!

You can try using EC500. I believe you can have multiple entries for the same extension. I'm not sure if CM will only pick the first one in the table or both.

I think you'd have to have EC500 on to do that. EC500 basically extends your PBX phone to your cell. You can then put your 2 sets with EC500 in a coverage answer group.

Put an EC500 key on the sets, and in "change off-pbx station-mapping 1234" for extension 1234 will bring up the mapping page where you can pop in the cell number. That's the 10 second overview. Read the EC500 admin guide!

hey! It seems that I can configure two external numbers for the same internal extension and is working. Great! Many many thanks! :)
