Hi All,

can any one help me to solve the following case ...
I have a site with G450/S8300 configured for one trunk group contains 3 analog lines members, and there are a announcment programmed as a welcome message for any one call the companies number, the first two member works normally when callee dial the company number and hear the welcome message can dirctly dial any extension number and transfer to it, the thired number in the same trunk group when hear the message and would to dial extension 107 dirctly transferd to 110, there are no any relation between these extension in programming.
why this happen ??????
any idea to solve this .
 
107 is fwd to 110?

107 is a call answer grp and 110 is a member?

107 is a hunt grp?
 
Try these commands to determine what is using 107 and 110... "list usage ext 107" and "list usage ext 110"

See where that takes you, or respond with the results for further guidance.
