Unfortunately, I do not have an active Avaya CM to test the following scenario on.
I have a ddc (Direct Department Calling) hunt group with 3 users Alice, Bob and Carol (in that order).
When Alice goes home at the end of the day she either:
1) Forwards all her calls to VM
2) Forwards all her calls to Dave
In case 1 will the hunt group automatically forward all calls to Alice's voice mail, even when Bob and Carol are available to take calls?
in case 2 will the hunt group forward calls to Dave, Bob, Carol (in that order) or will Dave be skipped?
If the forwarding setting is for forward on no answer rather than forward all, will this make a difference?
Thanks,
Simon
