We have 101 set as our FAC for abbreviated dial program. Have tried programming from a set with console permissions.

101>1>01 get waive off.

101>01>01 waive off

Tried many combinations but none work. Any help would be appreciated. We have several hundred agents that would like to supply with programming code so they can change their Abbreviated Dial Personal list 2.

You must use the list number and know the list size to do this correctly. Below are examples of list 1 and list 2 and size 10 and 100

This works from station with COS that has console permissions or not, and works from station changing it's own personal list whether logged in as EAS agent or not.

Code:
display feature-access-codes Page 1 of 9

Abbreviated Dialing List2 Access Code: #8
         Abbreviated Dialing List3 Access Code:

you must add the abbreviated dial list before program code can be used to modify an entry on the list.

add one, change the list size, program one entry from the SAT. Then try your dialcodes.

Command: add abbreviated-dialing personal xxxx list 2
Command: change abbreviated-dialing personal xxxx list 2

use the program code to add / modify an entry

Command: display abbreviated-dialing personal xxxx list 2
