avaya cm 9611 and bm12 issues

We recently had a 9611 with a bm12 that was fully populated, that went down over the weekend. The uses rebooted it however the bm12 did not repopulate. I attempted the backup from the phone itself, it said the retrieval was successful however nothing changed.

Is there a way that I can copy the format of the bm12 from another phone with a bm12? I cant seem to find this anywhere.

If you are referring to the button labels on an h323 phone, check the 46xxsettings for a BRURI, then go there and look for the phones backup file.
