Just and FYI, it is possible to setup SIP trunks to an AVAYA PBX without the huge expense associated with System/Session Manager. I am not saying we won't go that direction in the future. For now at least we are able to try out our carrier's SIP product without committing huge sums of cash to AVAYA.

Ask your SIP trunk vendor for a SIP trunk with a PRI handoff and configure in your system as a regular ISDN trunk (I've never done it but they say it's possible)

We actually have it working without the PRI handoff. Way more fun. :)
