Avaya CM 5.2 System Speed Dial using TAC

Some stations are not routing correctly when using the system speed dial with a TAC on our IP tie line and some are. The display reads the correct number, but it's not routing to that number. Anybody have any suggestions?

you need to run a trace on the tac and post it here.
