Hello, can someone help me with a clan question. I had a network blip and after that my CLAN is having issues. I see it in List Config all but when i status it I get a "link not administered". Strangely, i have phones registered to it. Can I camp on busy or some sort of reset on that CLAN while agents are on the phones? I do not want to cause issues on a Friday. Thanks!

busy/reset/release board will restart the clan. Do that off hours. Kind of hard to say what is wrong without seeing the alarms/errors.
