Can someone answer whose office has this?

was hoping you could answer a question regarding CCT and the use of AAAD. In all our documentation, we see needs 1 CCT license per agent using AAAD. We are implementing CCT after an upgrade from CC6. It appears that each agent uses multiple CCT licenses ie: 1 per agent plus 1 for each cdn they are logged into.
