Avaya IP Office R9.0 advance with VM Pro, Contact Store, CCR.

VM Pro, CCR and Contact Store are on separate servers. VM to EM is working fine on the VM Pro server.

From the CCR server I am able to send reports manually. It was sending auto reports and stopped. I have tried reinstalling software and that did not help.
With Avaya it isn't safe to assume anything but I am going to assume because I am able to send manually it is not an SMPT issue.

Have you changed any of the windows passwords recently?

Changing the account password will cause printer discovery to fail until a SQL query is executed to update the CCR

This command will fail on CCR V9.0,V9.0.1 & V9.0.2

if you try to (re)schedule a report you will get an error screen.
