I have a customer that is very invested in CCR already they have used for along time and like the product (within reason).
They had an issue and I have had to upgrade the entire suite and now they have inherited a further issue that is mutilplying up data on ATC reports and is causing a big issue for me.
The simple question I have is can Crystal reports be used to interegate the CCR SQL database and hence we can create bespoke reports that the customer requires?
Yes I have an open case with Avaya on the issue but I am not going to go there here.
