AVAYA CCC REPORTING ISSUE

Hey Guys,
I am facing some problem with CCC reporting.
CCC V 5.0.37

Generating reports but data is not available in the reports

Wallboard n other applications are working perfect

please suggest

Have you tagged the agents as Agent?

yes already tagged all agents

are your servers system are all in sync?

i think there is some problem with the database

yeah all in sync, Reporting was working perfectly then they replaced server and after replacing also reporting was working,
other people installed CCC Aplication, nw i have to rectify the issue why it is not working, i tried allot but unsuccessfully,
every time going and restarting the services but not working anything for me

Reinstalled CCR without any error, now working fine. but reporting not generating data as PC Wallboard is showing
