Hello all,


Has anyone here started working on AVAYA CCaaS, such as implementing and designing channels?

I just started, I have so far built basic call center features but I have to start building chat connectors, if anybody has done this, could you please be kind enough to help me out?

You are talking about CCaaS public correct and not the one based on Aura/Oceana? If I remember correctly, that is the one hosted in Microsoft Azure Cloud.
