My setup: SIP_CLIENTS(1XXX) ----- ASTERISK_PBX --<E1>--AVAYA_DEFINITY-----LEGACY_PHONES (2XXX)
Calls from 1XXX to 2XXX and viseversa were perfectly OK until yesterday when 1XXX cant reach any AVAYA Extension (2XXX). On PRI level on Asterisk, the q931 messages shows that as soon as AVAYA issued a CALL PROGRESSING, it sends CALL DISCONNECT with 'Found Active call|BUSY). But the Avaya extension is idle at that moment.
Kindly advice how to go about as it sound as if all the incoming call handling is either sending calls to wrong destination, or is failing to find the extension table on AVAYA. What might be a problem
