Avaya Callpilot

We have an Avaya Callpilot and I'm wondering, after someone leaves a voicemail in someone's box, can they get back to the main menu or get to another person's voicemail without hanging up and redialing? I know they can dial 0 to get the operator, but our users want to be able to get to another voicemail box without having to hang up and dial again. If this is possible, it'd be great to know what key presses need to be pressed to do it.

If you dial 0 then immediately dial the extension number it will transfer to that other person.
