Hi ...
We have a customer have a Avaya CS100K (Four Season Hotel), and they want add a new Reporting System for the reservation, we suggest an IPO and ACR with Call Center functionalities, and we connect IPO and CS1000K via QSIG, now when the calls incoming to the operator and transfer it to me, I Can see the original external party number on the phone screen, and it shown on the ACR Cradle to Grave, but when run an agent report not shown, the strange thing that it’s shown on Crave as outgoing calls not incoming,
Attached is the Screenshot of the call event ID 34, of the Cradle to Grave and Outbound Summary report.
As you see in Outbound Summary Report Call event 30, there is no problems when I dial from telephones connected directly to IPO.
If you can help us on this case before we suggest a solution to customer, because we are in a demo stage now.
