Curious if anyone here has experience with Avaya Call Reporting for IP Office.
I've got a client who's expressed interest in tracking user call time and generating reports. Seems like a robust platform but I'm wondering if it's practically/intuitively useful.
Thanks

I've used Chronicall which seems to have this type of reporting, but I can't speak to the expense of this solution.

Avaya Call Reporting is OEM Xima Chronicall. Talk to Xima pre-demo to schedule, and they will ask if you want Chronicall or ACR demo'd. It's also good to utilize in the sense that it looks like it's all Avaya to the client, instead of Avaya PBX and third-party software.

ACR is basically a better suite of Chronicall, as you gain access to Active Recording, and built-in CTI integration, removing the pesky need for additional CTI licensing per node that needs recording access.

Do you have any experience with Chronicall?

@Nutritional_Info Thanks for the info.

No, Ii actually don't have any experience w/ call tracking platforms at all. It seems intriguing in the very least.
