Avaya Call Reporting - Recording Library Not Running

I have Installed Avaya Call Reporting and Avaya Call Reporting app, including Recording Library, and it's installed and on service, it's Running.
on Avaya Call Reporting Status, I found the following:

if the Recording Library is Installed and the Service is Running, what's the fault here?

try to map (or remap) the drive where the calls are stored in the settings and see if that helps
