I have a site that will be using the R10 Media Manager.

I installed VM Pro on a new machine only to later find I cannot access the recordings through the users login through the IPO.

I believe that I need to install the Application Server so that users can access recordings, i've created a USB install using the Avaya USB Creator tool (based on the installation guide)

I cannot get the application server to install.

I keep getting asked what type of medial contains the installation image but USB is not on the list.

I've tried creating it in auto and attended mode.

Has anybody installed the app server? and could they point me in the direction of success.

Hi,

I haad to use the Avaya USB Creator tool and use that one, if it asking for a media insert a CD with AppServer.
Also make sure in BIOS you set boot to legacy.

If you are using a VM just use .ova

Thanks for the reply's

I did use the Avaya USB creator tool and Rufus but still no luck.

I used the abe-11.0.100-8_el6.iso to create the bootable USB. Is this correct or do I need something else.
