Avaya call pilot desk top messging fax sending problem .

When I am sending fax from my PC ( operating system windows 7, outlook 2007 )I am getting following error message.

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients

Subject: TESTING CALL PILOT FAX
Date: Tue, 17 Apr 2012 12:02:54 +0300 (Arab Standard Time)

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
"Unknown" <FAX=9177XXXXX@CALLPILOT>

Reason: There is a problem with the specified address. Please verify the address. (2)


We are USing as following platform;

Avaya CS1000e system running on rel 7.5.

* CallPilot v5.00.41.143

* CallPilot Desktop Messaging v5.00.41.154

Previous call pilot 201i rel 3.0 that time it was working fine after call pilot upgradation call pilot 202i rel 5.0 problem started.

Please anyone help me to solve the problem.
 
Hi mdmdtech ,

Check the mailbox class :

Outcalling (Delivery to Telephone or Delivery to Fax)
Check :
Send Messages via DTT if Mailbox Not Found
Must be enabled

When your system is runnung as Unauthenticated Access Users

Go check in Message Delivery Configuration
Scroll down to SMTP/VPIM
Open the Link Unauthenticated Access Restrictions and check :

Unauthenticated Desktop User Restrictions


Delivery to Telephone or Fax: activ
