Hi all hope everything is ok.

I have the following issues, I have two voice system Cisco and Avaya, recently some changes will be made on the dial-peers this is regarding my TELCO upgrades that will affect the way we dial from inside the office. But I have a concern:
In the Avaya how can I look which is its gateway, is there a way to trace the call until the end?
I know if I change my route patterns in Avaya I can match the numbers to my telco but what if Avaya is connected to a gateway, I don't want to make any move until I have all the information related to the system.

I am working remotely, don't know the site.

Thanks

I don't fully understand the actual issue, but it sounds like your PSTN trunks want to have digits added/removed on calls. I would start with a "list trace station XXXX" on the phone in question. This will be very telling to which route patterns are in use for the phone call.

Hi RandyCarroll, thanks for the reply.

I did that list trace station I know wich Route Pattern it is using.

now I know that the PBX has an LSP that is connected directly to the lines for inbound/outbound calls, here is a description of the issue:
nowdays we dial like: 9+001+(XXX)+XXX-XXXX for International LongDistance. TELCO receive 13 digits
After next month TELCO will need to get 10 Digits for that kind of call; what I need is to find if there is in PBX some there that could I need to modify forward-digits or alike to send 10 digits to TELCO.

Thanks and regards

You could tell the route pattern to delete 3 digits, or you could also tell your users to dial differently and rebuild all of ARS as starter options.
