I have a Avaya Call BackAssist Server working since 2009, since Avaya CB Assist System was implemented, all calls recieve once a customer selected to be call back, the number has shown at the agents IP-Agent Phone.
Suddenly couple of week ago the system is sending the calls to the agents, but when recieve, it is recieve as: unknown, still the agents anwsers the call, but can not see the customers number.
All call recieve in the Call center shows customers number, only not showing when hen recieve by Avaya Call BackAssist, the system dials the number depending on how the customer selected the option to be call when and agent is available or a specific time selected to be Called.
Need assistance, Never have done a Reset to the Call BackAssist Server.
