Avaya C363T cooling fans

I've got an Avaya C363T cajun switch that's a few years old and not covered under any maintenance.
Does anyone know where I can get the cooling fans for this unit?
There's three fans on the left side providing the cooling and I had one failing and I just noticed I now have two "failed" fans.

Has anyone had the opportunity to replace these fans and can I do it while it's operating?
