Hi All,
I have installed Avaya breeze as par the avaya docs.i am now going to follow the doc and configure the breeze in system manager. I have few question abot breeze application

Does Breeze application can be access using some URL/Webpage???
We will be using breeze for attendant, can somebody send configuration notes on this??

Read the IX Attendant book. You set up the Breeze via SMGR and you create an initial account on it. The IX Attendant thick client logs in as an administrator and that's where you configure queues and other application-speicific configurations.

Thanks Kyle for the help. Since it is my first time with Breeze stuff thats why i was asking if there is a web access of Breeze. One more help, should i create a cluster within breeze using SMGR??? what does it do???
Second should i also configure PROXY in Breeze?? what I should i use for Proxy?

There can be web access to Breeze. By default, there is none. But, if you install Presence, then on the cluster page you'll see a drop down on the right to get to the Presence admin web page.

For Oceana applications, there's various monitoring and logging web pages that become available.

There aren't any for IX Attendant though.

You use a proxy if Breeze doesn't have direct internet access. That's because your Breeze apps can invoke web APIs and stuff - so if you made a Breeze app use MS Azure speech recognition, you'd need to make sure you can get to If your Breeze has direct internet access, you wouldn't need to specify a proxy.

You always need to create a cluster - even if it's only one server - there's lots of cluster attributes that specify the configuration of all the Breezes in the cluster. You can't configure them at the server level, only at the cluster level. You'll see a lot of the time that if you have a single instance cluster that you shouldn't specify a cluster IP or cluster FQDN. The IX Attendant doc should specify how to do a single node cluster.

Hi,
I have configured Breeze/Cluster/Attendant Snap-in and status is showing UP/Green and active. When i try to login Equinox attendant i get some connectivity error with Breeze. Equinox is not talking with Breeze. Can somebody help with some tips??
Second i still didnt installed Media server yet, is it necessary to install for Breeze to work???

regards.

Media Server is not necessary to get logged in. traceCE on Breeze

And use FQDNs for everything and if you're using the SMGR CA, make sure your PC trusts it.

Still struggling and getting the same error. Attendant client is not talking with the Breeze. Survivability mode is is showing on attendant client.
How could i make attendant client PC to trust SMGR CA???

Regards

mmc, certificates for the computer account, add it

After adding the certificate, client loaded OK and did not shows the Breeze connectivity error. But the "Survivability Mode is Active" Still showing on the client in RED.

Are you pointing to the SM100 FQDN?

I really don't like the VOIP client in there. It doesn't have things like a 46xxsettings or AADS config for other UC clients - like where I set what codecs it supports and what RTP ports to use.

traceSM and hammer it out. See if you can get a IX Workplace registered from the same PC for testing.

Hi Kyle, we are still struggling.. Today i raised a SR with Avaya, lets see what comes out.

msk69, did you get this resolved? If so, what was the underlying issue?

Nah. Still struggling and scratching hair.
