Good day all, running Avaya BCMS Vu R2.4; when I run a historical agent interval report I get all the data as normal; when I run a historical split/skill interval report on the same spilt as the agents, my report comes up empty. When I run Historical/split/skill DAILY report I get the total number of calls for the day that matches the agent report, but I cannot get it broken down into interval report. I have tried options/update bcms data; and also options/download historical data to no avail. I believe I am not getting any data on any interval spilt/skill historical reports. Connections to switch are up and running normally. All other daily reports run ok.Any thoughts? Thanks!
